Africa Nazarene University sponsors a well-balanced program of individual and intramural activities for both men and women. Intramural activities provide students, faculty and staff the opportunity to develop relationships while engaging in friendly competition.

Many students come from high school sports, but have not continued playing sports at the varsity level. Club sports at ANU allow these students the opportunity to further develop their sports talents and nurture their team work skills as they unite to compete against teams from other Colleges and Universities.
