HUF (Handong UNITWIN Fellowship) is a grant program led by the Korean UNESCO UNITWIN HOST, Handong Global University, sponsored by the Korean Ministry of Education. This fellowship aims to open university-level courses to the public to increase access to quality educational materials for everyone, which is strongly recommended by the OER(Open Educational Resources) section of UNESCO as an important tool to fulfil SDG 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
