Welcome to the Department of Mass Communication at Africa Nazarene University! The Department seeks to prepare men and women for effective participation in the media world by equipping them with market-relevant and Christian-based skills and competencies in broadcast journalism, print journalism, public relations, and graphic design communication.
The Department runs state-of-the-art training facilities—radio and television production studios as well as print media lab—that enable high rates of interactions between students, instructors and equipment. The training facilities enhance students’ engagement in the technological shift from analogue to digital media operations. Through acquisition of cutting-edge education and technological skills, students are transformed into media professionals who are not only knowledgeable but also competent performers of media-related assignments.
