Abstract
FORMATING GUIDELINES
- Your abstract should be 200 – 400words (excluding references)
- You may use the provided template for consistent formatting in the abstract books.
- Ensure the abstract title is centred, capitalized, and in bold font (Times New Roman, size 12pts).
- After the title, leave a blank line, then centre-align and list all authors in the order: First Middle Surname (e.g., John Doe Nkrumah). Underline the presenting author’s name.
- Leave a blank line after the authors, then list the affiliations. Include the Department name, Institution name, City, and Country where the institution is located. Leave an empty line after the affiliations before starting the main body of the abstract.
- Keep the abstract to less than two pages. Figures and references can be included on the second page. Use A4 paper size (29.7 x 21.0 cm) with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.
- Use Times New Roman 12 pt font for the entire abstract.
