Human resource positions in both public and private sector are faced with adhering to pertinent labor laws and organizational policies. To excel in this capacity, a human resource manager needs a thorough understanding of employment practices, personnel administration, employee training, compensation and benefits.

Objectives of the Program

The Diploma in Human Resource Management Program is intended to:
