PR & CSR: Public Relations & Community Service Relations

ANU  is a place where lives are transformed for service and leadership. The ANU students are mentored to become aware of the need to make a difference in their communities. ANU therefore has programmes that provide opportunities for students to interact with the local communities to establish projects that address prevailing problems.

This has been accomplished through clubs such as SIFE, Accounting, and AIESEC, among others. The mentoring programmes have been key to building service within the student body not only to the community but also to many high schools in Kenya. Through the Global Education Fund and Education for All Children programmes, ANU students and staff have opportunities for working with key leading high schools in Kenya, i.e., Starehe Girls Centre, Bahati Girls in Nakuru, Rongai Tech in Nakuru, Naivasha Girls, Vanessa Grant Girls College in Nakuru, Kaaga Boys in Meru and Kijabe Boys. The students have also had the opportunity to work with Kayole Communities in Business and Leadership Training.
