Personnel Department: Management Structure
Africa Nazarene University has the Vice Chancellor as its Chief Executive Officer. The Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academics is the overall head of the Academic Department and reports to the Vice Chancellor. The Academic Departments are headed by Chairs of Departments, whereas the Library has the University Librarian as its Head. The non-academic departments are headed by Directors who report directly to the Vice Chancellor.
Currently, the university has the following Directors in non-academic departments:
- Personnel
- Finance
- Institutional Services
- Estates
In academics, the Director of Academic Programmes is in charge of registry and development of academic programs. He works closely with the DVC of Academics.
