Assistant Registrar
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in any relevant field but with a Bachelor of Education background.
- Should have minimum five years’ experience in teaching or administration in an education institution.
- Has handled examinations or students’ assessment- Having worked as an examinations officer will be an added advantage.
- Mature, with proven ability to effectively interact with students, faculty and other stake holders.
Administrative Assistants - Registrar’s Office
Responsibilities
Management of the registrar’s database- Assist in data modeling, developing database utilities and automated reporting, create shell scripts, execute data management languages, analyze and sustain capacity and performance requirements, consolidate and tune database for optimal efficiency, create backups, test up grades and patches, implement security and encryption and recommend new database technologies and systems administration of the university amongst other duties.
Job Requirement
Applicants must be holders of Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university, At least three (3) years relevant working experience and proficient in Web based application programming tools; ASP.Net, PHP and Java-scripting and SQL database design and administration
Examinations Office
Responsibilities
To assist in the processing of all University examinations, receipt and dispatch of examination materials during the main examination periods, ensuring accuracy of students' academic records.
Job Requirement
A Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences or education background with one to two years administrative working experience, proficient with computer applications, great communication skills, a team player, able to observe strict deadlines, eye for detail and flexible work hours during busy periods is required.

Front Office Assistant
Responsibilities
To provide professional day to day receptionist, administrative and clerical support to visitors, staff and students.
Job Requirement
Two year training in front office management, professional training in operating a telephone switchboard or equivalent with three years relevant work experience, efficient use of office equipment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in computer applications.
