6.InTech is a pioneer and world’s largest multidisciplinary open access publisher of books covering the fields of Science, Technology and Medicine.
7.Online Books is a website that facilitates access to books that are freely readable over the Internet.
8.OpenDOAR. List of world repositories archiving scholarly materials and peer reviewed journals of interdisciplinary nature
9.Open Book Publishers offers online digital editions free of charge. The books are multidisciplinary.
10.Project Gutenberg. Project Gutenberg offers over 45,000 free ebooks to download to your PC, Kindle, iPad, iPhone, Android or other portable device.

It contains research from thousands of works including World Bank published books from 2009-2012; all World Development Reports (WDRs) since 1978; Policy Research Working Papers (PRWP) from 2009-2012; Economic and Sector Work (ESW) studies from 2009-2012; Journal articles from 2007-2010 published in World Bank Economic Review (WBER) and World Bank Research Observer (WBRO).
